J'ADORE

J'ADORE TEE | NEW LOOK
MULES | PRIMARK // SIMILAR
SKIRT | TOPSHOP

I've been editing my blog photos using Adobe Photoshop Lightroom for a number for years now, and I am ashamed to say that I never really knew what I was doing/invested the time to properly learn how to use it. Recently, I started to really think about the direction that I wanted to take my blog in, as I really wanted to invest more time into the quality of content that I produce and to ensure that quality was my focus, rather than quantity (banging out 500 posts a year - urgh). I follow so many amazing bloggers and they produce such amazing content, and instead of forever wishing that my content looked like theirs, I decided to do something about it. I created a workflow using Lightroom and watched a lot of tutorials on YouTube, so that I could learn a few tricks from them in terms of using Lightroom.  The images in this post were edited using the new workflow that I created, and it's made my images look much richer and more defined than they were.  We are all visual beings and blog content to me is a universal language, a way of communicating with the world, as it is becoming more and more visual.  As bloggers, our pictures are our way of showing the world who we are, which is why I want to post nothing short of perfection.
